SECTION 1. General conditions for participation in a conference „GYNOCARE meeting Bulgaria 2023“

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the “GYNOCARE meeting Bulgaria 2023” conference (hereinafter referred to as “the Conference“) and regulate the relations of the organizer with the legal persons participating in the Conference.

1.2. These rules are available on the website http://bbca.bg/ and https://en.bbca.bg/ for the period from the initial date of registration for the participation in the Conference until the end of the Conference.

1.3. These rules constitute the complete rules governing the conduct of and participation in the Conference. The rules of the current Bulgarian legislation will be applied to all matters not expressly settled therein. All disputes between the Organizer and the participants, arising in connection with the Conference as a whole, will be resolved in a spirit of goodwill through negotiations between them and in the event that this proves impossible, will be referred for a resolution to the competent state authorities.

1.4. These rules enter into force on April 19, 2023 and are valid until the end of the Conference. The organizer reserves the right to supplement or change these rules and the changes take effect after they are published on http://bbca.bg/ and https://en.bbca.bg/

1.5. By completing and submitting the conference registration form, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these rules.

SECTION 2. ORGANIZER

2.1. The organizer of the Conference is the Non-Profit Association “Bulgarian Society for the Fight against Breast Cancer and Other Gynecological Tumors“, Company ID Number 206854486 with headquarters and management address: Sofia, Mladost 1 District, bl. 122, entrance 1, fl. 2, apartment 4, (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer” for brevity).

2.2. The organizer provides the technical and communication means for conduct of the Conference.

SECTION 3. TIME AND PLACE OF THE CONFERENCE

3.1. The conference is organized and held in Hall 1 of the Rector’s Office of Sofia University, Sofia, Bulgaria,

15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., 1504 Sofia Center, Sofia

3.2. The conference takes place between June 29 and July 3, 2023.

SECTION 4. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

4.1. All persons /who are over 18 years of age/ who have completed the registration form for participation can participate in the conference. Persons accompanying the participants are not allowed in the conference.

4.2. Any person who wishes to participate in the Conference should fill out a registration form on the event page: Registration form. The official dinners on June 30th and July 2nd are paid additionally by the participants.

SECTION 5. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

5.1. Each participant has the right at any time until June 15, 2023 to cancel the participation in the Conference, for which he should notify the Organizer by email: bbca.congress@gmail.com .

5.2. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the Conference at any time due to exceptional circumstances, informing the participants in a timely manner through the event’s website and/or in another appropriate way through the means of mass communication.

SECTION 6. RESPONSIBILITY

6.1. The Organizer is not responsible for damages caused to the participants during or in connection with the conduct of the Conference as a whole or for errors and/or deficiencies during the conduct of the Conference as a whole, due to extraordinary circumstances or malfunctions or in the serving information, communication and telecommunication infrastructure.

6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of the conditions and obligations under these rules or for errors in the conduct of the Conference as a whole, due to force majeure circumstances and malfunctions in the service equipment, which are due to the actions or inactions of third parties or they did not occur through the fault of the Organizer.

SECTION 7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

7.1. Participation in the Conference is voluntary. When filling out the registration form, each participant voluntarily provides his/her personal data. The organizer bears full responsibility for the legal collection and processing of the personal data, provided by the participants.

7.2. By participating in the Conference, the participant agrees that the provided personal data will be stored and processed for the purposes of the Conference.

7.3. The organizer is not responsible and does not owe compensation to a person whose personal data was used for registration in the Conference by another person, regardless of whether or not the former has provided his/her consent for this.

7.4. The Organizer declares that he will not provide the data to third parties, except for the purposes of the Conference or in cases where this is provided by law. Each participant has the right to withdraw at any time his consent to the processing of his/her personal data or participation in the Conference, which also terminates his/her participation.

7.5. The provided personal data will be deleted within six months after the end of the Conference.

7.6. Each participant has the right to access his personal data processed by the Organizer and the right to request the Organizer to delete, correct or block the data by submitting a written application to the Organizer at the address of management, personally by the individual or by a person expressly authorized by him/her through notarized power of attorney.
